A háztartások élelmiszer-hulladék kezelésének és a tervezett viselkedés elméletének keresztmetszete a szakirodalomban

Az élelmiszer-hulladék kezelése a hulladékgazdálkodáson belül jelentős sze-repet tölt be. A szakirodalomban a tervezett viselkedés elmélete (Theory of Planned Behaviour, TPB) alkalmas a háztartások viselkedésének, szándékának, attitűdjének, illetve motivációinak a feltérképezésére. Emiatt a fentebbi modell kulcsfontosságú az élelmiszerhez köthető magatartás megértéséhez. Jelen tanulmányunkban, bibliometriai eszközök segítségével, a Web of Science adatbázis alapján vizsgáljuk 30 nemzetközi publikáció főbb eredményeit, következtetéseit. Megnézzük, hogy milyen szempontok alapján, milyen csoportokon belül elemezték a megjelölt témát, illetve a modell mely tényezői befolyásolják leginkább a háztartások, egyének élelmiszerkezeléshez kapcsolódó magatartását.
